For a 3 star hotel everything was very good, I greatly enjoyed to be here. The breakfast offered was more than adequate and fresh with ham and scrambled eggs. The venue had very amiable staff members. The hotel was very close to Argentina for weeks and nature and Pura Vida thanks to its nice location.

The venue is spotless, with magnificent and beautiful location close enough to the shops, along the main road with a good local restaurant next door. A wide array of food at the more than adequate breakfast. Nothing to complain about, really really nice stay for one night.

The rooms themselves where well-equipped with classic furniture. Location: the hotel was just next door to many eating places and shops, the lake and the boardwalk, and El calafate airport from a direct flight from Buenos Aires.

Good and delicious food. Spotless, bright room available with new TV, lovely views plus very new bathroom. Had convenient and peaceful location to El calafate airport from a direct flight from Buenos Aires on the 9th of February 2010, easy walk to Don Diego de la Noche.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The location is perfect, right in the heart of the village and surrounded by lush greenery. The staff were attentive and friendly, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The rooms were spacious and well-appointed, with large windows that let in plenty of natural light. I loved the classic furniture, it added a touch of elegance to the room. The garden view was a pleasant surprise, providing a peaceful retreat in the midst of bustling El Calafate. Breakfast was included in the price, and although it was a simple spread, the scrambled eggs were delicious.
All was great, nothing to complain about.

Had a nice Easter weekend in a hotel close to the town center. The staff was very helpful and welcoming, and the breakfast was great with a lot of options to choose from. The hotel rooms were spacious and clean, and the bed was comfortable to sleep on. the location was perfect for exploring the town and its surroundings.
We contacted the reception to get it fixed but it took a while for someone to come. Eventually, someone arrived but the heating still didn't work that well, leaving us cold during the night.
